POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Check-In Time: 1500hrs – 2300hrs

Check-Out Time: 1200hrs


I. Early check-in or late-check out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day; To be reconfirmed with the front
office staff.

II. A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 0700 to 1200 hours and late check-out from 1200 to 1800 hours.

III. Changes or transferability of confirmed booking names are not permitted.

No Show Policy

I. Room not occupied by 2200 hours will be seen as ‘No Show’, unless prior arrangement has been made.

II. In an event of a guest ‘No Show’, the total of cost will be charged.

III. All guests must show a valid passport upon check-in.

IV. For any early check-out, there will be one night early check-out penalty to be imposed.

Non-Refundable Rate

I. All rate is under Non-Refundable Policy. In case of any cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

II. To amend a booking, please send an email to adagayavilla@gmail.com.

III. Amendments MUST be made at least 5 days prior before arrival. Any later than that will be incurred an administration charge of MYR100 per booking.
