I. Early check-in or late-check out is subjected to bed\/room availability on the relevant day; To be reconfirmed with the front
office staff.<\/p>

II. A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 0700 to 1200 hours and late check-out from 1200 to 1800 hours.<\/p>

I. Room not occupied by 2200 hours will be seen as ‘No Show’<\/span>, unless prior arrangement has been made.<\/p>

II. In an event of a guest ‘No Show’<\/span>, the total of cost will be charged.<\/p>

III. All guests must show a valid passport upon check-in.<\/p>

I. All rate is under Non-Refundable Policy. In case of any cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.<\/p>

III. Amendments MUST be made at least 5 days prior before arrival.
